I am passionate about the human form; its movement, health and well being. My intention as a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner is to treat the energetic body, the physical body, the mind and spirit as an integrated, inclusive system; a unified whole. I came to acupuncture in 2003 as a form of therapy leading up to abdominal surgery. The sessions felt uniquely energetic, very personal, and left me feeling deeply nourished. I believe these treatments facilitated a fast post surgery recovery. Inspired by these treatments I decided to study acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2007. I hold a Diploma of Acupuncture from the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. I have been licensed with The College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of B.C. since 2012. (CTCMA). I continue my education and am particularly interested in studying Master Tung style and Dr. Richard Teh-Fu Tan's balancing method of acupuncture. I am truly honoured to be a part of the Traditional Chinese Medicine lineage and to practice this 3000 year old form of medicine. A cornerstone of my practice is the creation of an atmosphere that is comfortable, reassuring and mutually engaging. I am constantly inspired by acupuncture as a safe, drug-free, natural and effective form of medicine. You can happily find me in my home based clinic doing what I love to do best as an acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner.

Thank you.
